Hope the vet can diagnose the problem easily and treat it so she can enjoy a full coat again soon!

Am probably worrying over nothing and they say that she's fine, but having 3 of my own and their fur is so lush, even the short haired ones, I really feel that there is something wrong. Maybe a diet defiency (sp).

Well little Sexy Susie, has probably been losing hair through being outside as a stray and then coming in to the heat, and also stress, there's that word again. She's also been sick twicw since yesterday, so she's now on the sensitivity sachets and was given an antibiotic injection. The vet reckons she's older than they first thought as she has gray toes, and bandy front legs, she looks like a little chinese old wifie, but with a young face. LOl So am glad it's nothing serious, if in a couple of weeks she's still losing hair or being sick, we'll take her back.

Bless her! Hopefully it will sort itself out over time, and good news it's not being caused any serious condition. Smile

Ahhh, was she a good girl at the vets? In one way I'm glad is stress, but in another way its kinda sad, as something physical could be easier to treat. Hugs to you and Susie. x

Thanks, it's funny though but she hasn't lost nearl the same amount of hair these last two days. And the vet said she was much happier tonight than she was last Monday when she saw her, so if it is stress, maybe she's settling down. The funny thing is, although I have wedged open the cat flap so she can go to the outside bit, she's only gone out once. She wasn't out the whole weekend, makes me wonder if she's an indoor cat, not used to the outside and she's also not microchipped, which again makes me wonder if she's been kept inside.

Am sure she'll be just fine, she seems settled in the pen, and she always likes a cuddle, just makes me wonder where she's came from, but I think that about all my strays.

My brain's working overtime here, I wonder if it's an old person/s who had her, she's escaped and they don't know what to do? they probably don't have a PC and wouldn't think to call CP, so they think they've lost her. Such a shame, she's too healthy looking to be a proper stray. Och I'll start greetin at this rate. LOL

Oh no... oh now you got me thinking of the poor or old little lady or gent, sitting there waiting for their little furbaby to come home...

Do you know the exact area she was picked up? If she's not used to the outside she probably wouldn't have wandered far, and a poster in a nearby shop where she was found might be a good idea, as someone might know who she belongs too...

All I know is that it was Stonehaven, and I've suuggested before that notices should be placed in shop windows but it's fallen on deaf ears. I think the problem being , time, so many CP volunteers work. So far she isn't even on the website, or if she is I can't find it, doh. getting info out of our lot is like hen's teeth. Am now going off to nip CP's ear and ask if anyone has done anything about her. I'll be back.

Guess who is putting posters up round Stony??? Wink Wink . CP will print them off, muggins here is posting them. Great, just what I want to do this weekend, LOL haven't told Steve yet. I did tell CP, that I am not going all over Stony, only the area she was found. BUT, if I can re-unite her with her owner, well that's what matters. Very Happy Mug, am a mug, am a mug. LOL
